Letters & Logos are the bedrock of any sign.
There are literally thousands of type styles, - and every logo should be completely unique to you.
On top of that, there are many ways of creating the actual letters & logos, so the possibilities are endless.
We don't claim to have every typeface available in house, but if we haven't got the one you need, we will be able to get it.
If you've already got a logo we will be able to use it on any sign requirement you have, and if you don't have one, our designers will happily create one for you.
What kinds of lettering are available ?
The Printed Word is the simplest, usually onto paper, vinyl, rigid or flexible PVC, banner material etc.
Self Adhesive Vinyl is probably the most common form of lettering used for signs. Computer cut from 'sticky back plastic' (as they say on Blue Peter) the size of the text can be anything from 10mm to almost 1.2metres high and in an enormous range of colours.
Flat Cut Letters & logos can be cut from a range of rigid materials, including PVC, Acrylic, Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Aluminium Composite. These materials tend to be used where you want to make a 'statement' (rather than some basic utility text) without the expense of moulded or built up letters.
Moulded Letters are either shaped from a thin sheet of plastic, or cut from a thick material and then given a 'moulded' edge to finish them off. Either way, they both have a thick look about them which gives a feeling of substance & quality.
Built Up Letters are literally hand fabricated from thin material, usually either acrylic or stainless steel. This style of lettering is often used with lighting inside each letter, historically neon, but nowadays using LED's which are a very economical way of making an impact.
